Construction Debris Removal in North Georgia
One Call.
Tony's crew loads drywall, lumber, tile, shingles, carpet, and flooring in one visit — no rental, no scheduling a pickup day, no debris pile sitting in your driveway.
The Renovation Is Done. The Debris Is Still Sitting There.
- The bathroom’s done. The kitchen’s done. The flooring’s in.
- The drywall, tile, and lumber are still piled in the driveway.
- Renting a dumpster for this much material doesn’t make sense.
- One renovation cleanout doesn’t need a week-long rental.
- Drywall, lumber, tile, shingles, carpet, flooring, fixtures, and bagged jobsite waste — if it came out of a renovation, Tony takes it.
- One truck, one trip. He scopes the job on arrival, gives you the price, loads it out, and it’s gone.
- Contractors: Tony works around active job sites. Call before noon and he can usually be there same day.
Here’s how the job goes.
Walk the Site. Load It Out. Site Clear.
Walk the Site
Tony does a quick walkthrough of what’s there before anything moves. He confirms which materials are going in the truck, flags anything that needs a conversation (like heavy concrete or mixed hazardous materials), and gives you the price on the spot. No surprises when the job is done. Call (404) 632-9165 before he arrives to describe what you have.
Load It Out
Drywall sheets, framing lumber, old tile, roofing shingles, carpet rolls, hardwood flooring, laminate, bathroom fixtures, kitchen cabinets, bagged debris — it all goes in the truck in one trip. Tony does the loading. You don’t need to pre-sort, bag, or stage anything, though he’ll work faster if the materials are consolidated.
Site Clear
No pile left in the driveway. No dumpster sitting there for another week waiting on pickup. Tony hauls it all in the same visit — you’re not coordinating a second trip or a rental company’s schedule. The job site is clean when he leaves.
Small Cleanout or Full Gut Reno — You Pay for What Goes.
Pricing is by how much the debris fills in the truck. A small bathroom demo fills less than a full kitchen tear-out. Tony gives you the number upfront after a quick look at what you have.

Owner on Every Job. You Know Who’s Showing Up.
Most haulers send whoever’s available. You don’t know who’s showing up until they’re on your job site. Tony leads the crew. He’s the one who answered the phone, gave you the price, and he’s on the job when the truck pulls up. Same owner, start to finish.
When you call Junk Brawlers, you’re talking to Tony Frias, the owner. The same owner who picks up the phone is on the job at your door, with his crew. No call centers, no strangers on your property, no surprises when the job is done.
He’s named by name in 60% of his reviews. Not because he asks for it. Because people remember him.
