No. The quote you get on the call is the price you pay. Tony doesn’t do bait-and-switch pricing — no “it’s heavier than we thought” surcharges, no surprise disposal fees. Labor, loading, and disposal are all included. The only thing that changes the price is if you add more items after he arrives, and only with your agreement.

Everything. Tony and his crew load it, haul it, and dispose of it responsibly. Labor, transportation, and disposal fees are all built into the quote. There are no extra charges for heavy items, stairs, or multiple trips to the truck.

Yes. Refrigerators, freezers, washers, dryers, dishwashers, stoves, microwaves — Tony disconnects it, carries it out, and handles disposal. Refrigerant is handled properly per EPA regulations.

The landfill is the last resort. Tony donates usable furniture and household items to local charities and donation centers. He resells salvageable items on Facebook Marketplace and recycles metals, electronics, and recyclables before disposal. He disposes in accordance with local environmental laws — not just the cheapest option.
