The Old Shed Has Been There for 15 Years. It’s Not Supposed to Be.

  • Maybe it came with the house. Maybe it was a project that never got finished.
  • The HOA sent a letter. Or you’re prepping the yard to sell.
  • Whatever the reason — it has to go.
  • The first question everyone asks is whether they have to tear it down themselves first.
Junk Brawlers tears it down. You don’t lift a board.
  • Tony demolishes it on-site — wood, metal, or plastic, standing or partially collapsed. No pre-demo required on your end.
  • Everything loaded and hauled: boards, roofing, hardware, framing. One visit, one clean sweep.
  • HOA deadline? Same-day available. Call before noon and he can usually be there today.

Here’s how the job goes.

Break It Down. Load It Out. Yard Clear.

1

Break It Down

Tony shows up with the tools to demolish it — you don’t pre-remove anything. He disassembles the shed or deck on-site, pulling boards, stripping roofing, and breaking down the framing. The structure comes apart piece by piece. Call (404) 632-9165 and he’ll tell you what to expect for your specific structure.

2

Load It Out

Every piece goes in the truck — wood, roofing material, metal framing, hardware, nails. Nothing gets left in a pile for you to deal with later. Tony’s crew loads it all out in the same visit as the demolition. One trip, not two.

3

Yard Clear

After loading, Tony sweeps the area. Loose debris, scattered nails, leftover hardware — he does a final pass before he leaves. What was there is gone. The yard is ready for whatever you’re putting there next, or ready for a buyer to walk through.

Small Shed or Full Deck — You Pay for What Goes.

Pricing is by how much space the demolished material fills in the truck. A small shed fills less. A large deck or both shed and deck fills more. Tony gives you the number upfront.

Small Load

$125

A few items or a single piece

Half Truck

$250

One large item or mixed haul

Small shed or deck section

Large Load

$375

Bigger haul or multiple large items

Full-size shed or full deck

Full Truck

$500

Full cleanout or major removal

Large structure or shed + deck
Where does shed or deck removal fall? A small shed typically runs a half to three-quarter load. A larger shed or full deck can fill the truck. Removing both together usually fills it. Tony gives you a firm number after a quick look at what you have — call (404) 632-9165 before he comes out.

“Texted to let us know they were coming. Gave us a quick quote. Picked up everything very quickly. Asked about some items if we really wanted to throw them away — we didn’t, so we appreciated they asked. The guys were polite.”

“Great guys. Came out as scheduled, picked up what was discussed and left the property clean. Nominal price compared to many out there.”

Common questions about shed and deck removal.

Answered before you have to ask.

Tony tears it down. You don’t need to pre-demo anything, separate boards, or remove hardware first. He brings the tools and breaks it apart on-site, and his crew loads it all out. Just leave it standing exactly as it is.
Concrete slabs and pads are a heavier, more complex job and pricing depends on the size. Call Tony at (404) 632-9165 and he’ll give you a straight answer on whether he can handle your specific slab and what it would cost.
Tony takes wood, metal, and plastic sheds. Metal sheds get broken down just like wood ones — disassembled on-site and loaded out. No structure is too rusted or beat-up to haul.
Both. Tony removes decks of all sizes — attached or freestanding, treated lumber or composite. He pulls the boards, takes down the framing, and hauls everything away. A deck removal is priced the same way as a shed: by the volume it fills in the truck.
A small shed or single deck section typically takes a few hours. A larger structure or a full deck can take most of a day. Tony can give you a time estimate when he quotes the job — call (404) 632-9165 and describe what you have.
Yes. Storm-damaged, partially collapsed, or structurally unsafe sheds are exactly the situations where hiring out makes the most sense. Tony deals with the debris safely — you don’t have to sort through it or handle unsafe materials yourself.
