Break It Down
Tony shows up with the tools to demolish it — you don’t pre-remove anything. He disassembles the shed or deck on-site, pulling boards, stripping roofing, and breaking down the framing. Load It Out
Every piece goes in the truck — wood, roofing material, metal framing, hardware, nails. Nothing gets left in a pile for you to deal with later. Tony’s crew loads it all out in the same visit as the demolition. One trip, not two.

After loading, Tony sweeps the area. Loose debris, scattered nails, leftover hardware — he does a final pass before he leaves. What was there is gone. The yard is ready for whatever you’re putting there next, or ready for a buyer to walk through.
